Here in 2 Samuel 14 we read of a wise woman from Tekoa. What she told King David here is the heart and soul of the Bible. We need to take heed to her words, believe them, and share them with the world. The only way this is possible is to know God personally, and we do that one day at a time.
14 All of us must die eventually. Our lives are like water spilled out on the ground, which cannot be gathered up again. But God does not just sweep life away; instead, he devises ways to bring us back when we have been separated from him.
2 Samuel 14:14
