We always need to be careful when we talk religion. Untruth refutes itself, sometimes it just takes time. And God doesn’t need us to defend Him. He can handle that Himself. Never allow yourself to believe you have to speak for God, or defend Him. It’s only your pride rearing it’s ugly head. And we know what God thinks of pride? He opposes it. Christianity is all about our redemption and restoration of the relationship with God. It’s not about living by rules and forcing them on others. It’s not about comparing one person to another to feel better about yourself. Whenever you impose the law on another, be careful that you don’t condemn yourself. Christianity is about how a fed beggar leads another beggar where to find food. That’s real, not religious talk.
