Pursuing God makes you accountable. It makes us a lot more than just accountable. People of our day need to understand that integrity, honesty, the ability to truly love, and be responsible can only be found in a relationship with Jesus (God). You can’t display what you don’t possess. You can’t be responsible if you don’t have Someone that will hold you accountable for your actions. Another forgotten principle in today’s society.
26 They will accept responsibility for their past shame and unfaithfulness after they come home to live in peace in their own land, with no one to bother them.
