When life is reduced down to the “nitty gritty”, there’s only one question that needs to be asked and answered. “Who do you say Jesus is?” Your answer determines more than where you’ll spend eternity. Your attitude towards God is the key to living a life full of meaning, versus one filled with questions, fears, and disappointments that have no solace. When you have the proper fear of God, that comes from being in the right standing with God, your feet stay on the path God has set out for you. When you despise God, the path you journey on will eventually lead you to your own demise. Our view of God matters, it determines everything.
