One of the things people don’t realize about living life without God, is that there is no answer for sin. Living a sinful life is a trap, with no escape. You become a slave to sin; it dominates and controls your life. The believer doesn’t have this mindset, for he has be freed from the power of sin. He has reason to flee from it. Yes, he still may sin, but he is not trapped, hopelessly ensnared without escape. When Jesus died on the cross and was resurrected, He broke the power of sin and death. It’s through faith in Him that a believer is set free from that bondage. We have a way to deal with it; the only right, effective way. Shouldn’t we rejoice in this “Good News”? Shouldn’t we shout for joy?
