This should be a daily prayer for all believers. To honestly examine our hearts. To give up to God our concerns and worries for the day. To realize our imperfections and remember them when dealing with others during the day. And most importantly, keep our eyes on Heaven. Use it as motivation to get through tough situations, and be a reminder that we are not home yet. God has a way of putting us in our place, so practicing humility keeps us grounded.
23 Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts.24 Point out anything in me that offends You, and lead me along the path of everlasting life.
