The resources God gives us are to enhance our lives. Be it for helping others, or providing for us to be able to do His will. For those who don’t see God as the owner of it all, they will squander the blessings God provides them on sinful behavior. It’s either a grateful, selfless attitude we are to have, or a self-centered, take-for-granted attitude we will have. If we don’t work on it, it’s evident which outlook will enter our lives. And contentment or disappointment will follow.
16 The earnings of the godly enhance their lives, but evil people squander their money on sin.
Proverbs 10:16
