Money, you can’t trust it. The world tries to make you believe it, but in the end it won’t heal your body, buy you true friendship, save your marriage, or save your soul. It will only be left behind for someone else to do with it as they please. You may have worked hard for it, but it won’t be yours for long. What we value in this life determines how we live, and what happens to us when we die. The irony of the American dollar is so profound. People are willing to do just about anything to gain it, yet never take the time to do what it says, “In God We Trust”. Instead of doing whatever it takes to accumulate it, why don’t we just do what it tells us?
28 Trust in your money and down you go!But the godly flourish like leaves in spring.
Proverbs 11:28
