Hard work has always been something the Bible tells us that God honors. It started with Adam in the Garden, and still continues today. As one wise man once told me, “if you get in a hog pen, you’re gonna get the mud on you”. You have to be willing to get a little dirty in order to get the job done. There’s no substitute for hard work, and that requires our pride to let go of the fear of getting dirty.
