The question or act of will that every person on earth will have to decide on is this: will you surrender to His design? It’s everyone’s calling. It’s what people call “soul searching”. It’s not until you come to know the God of the Bible, that you can truly know yourself. It’s takes work. It takes effort. It takes consistency. And more so than all others, it takes an honest heart; one willing to accept the truth and make do with whatever it entails. The Bible calls it surrender. Some will respond, some won’t. The question is, will you?
9 “And Solomon, my son, learn to know the God of your ancestors intimately. Worship and serve Him with your whole heart and a willing mind. For the Lord sees every heart and knows every plan and thought. If you seek Him, you will find Him. But if you forsake Him, He will reject you forever. 10 So take this seriously. The Lord has chosen you to build a Temple as His sanctuary. Be strong, and do the work.”
