Is this the kind of love that is being talked about and demonstrated when it comes to accepting a certain lifestyle, being tolerant of a certain types of behavior? “Love is Love” isn’t the kind of love talked about here in the Bible. It’s a warped view, redefined to suit the needs of its possessors. It’s a shame that we Christians don’t do a better job of showing the world what true love really is. Pray today that God will use you in showing His love to a needy and hurting soul.
4 Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud 5 or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged. 6 It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. 7 Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance.
