Having money doesn’t change who you are, it reveals who you really are. You see, money is a test that reveals your true character. If you’re generous before you become wealthy, you’ll be generous after too, and vice versa with being stingy. If you’re a liar before, you’ll be a liar after. Wealth doesn’t change your character, it only magnifies it, letting you and others know more about yourself.
6 Better to be poor and honest than to be dishonest and rich.
Proverbs 28:6
