The one thing that the Bible has been consistent with throughout is its accuracy in its predictions. The prophecies fulfilled are historically accurate. Just like Jeremiah predicted, the Medes marched in and conquered Babylon not too long after his prophecy was told. If you don’t believe it, research it yourself. Another reason to read and study God’s word; not only a part of history, but you’ll grow closer to the Writer of HIStory.
11 Sharpen the arrows! Lift up the shields! For the Lord has inspired the kings of the Medes to march against Babylon and destroy her. This is His vengeance against those who desecrated His Temple.
Jeremiah 51:11
