I would rather hear 5 words of truth, aimed at protecting my integrity, than 1000 words of flattery, aimed at my pride. My pride may take a hit with this honest criticism, but I know that the person who speaks truth is one that will be there when the storms of life come. One golden friend is worth more than 50 zirconium pretenders.
