Have you ever noticed how easy and quick someone can stir up trouble; agitating an entire group of people? And on that same thought, how long it takes to calm them down? Anyone can be an agitator, stirring up trouble, but it takes a wise man to know how to calm them down, and sometimes it can take a long, long time to do so.
8 Mockers can get a whole town agitated, but the wise will calm anger.
