Jesus is so much more than we will ever know. What we do know should be enough to convince us to trust and serve Him faithfully. There is no authority higher, for He is ruler of all the kings of the world. He is the pioneer, the first, to rise from the dead (and not die again). Which means there will be a second and a third, and ..... He has freed us. In that freedom we thrive, and live life to His glory. He is our chief focus in life, and our Authority for everything. We need to go to Him for guidance, clarity, and answers to our questions. He is “the Google” in our search engine of life. He is the First, the Now, and the “Will be” (forever) of life. He holds the keys of life and death. Never forget Who Jesus is, and what He’s done. He is the recipient of our praise and gratitude. Give it to Him today. You won’t regret it.
4 This letter is from John to the seven churches in the province of Asia.Grace and peace to you from the One who is, who always was, and who is still to come; from the sevenfold Spirit before His throne; 5 and from Jesus Christ. He is the faithful witness to these things, the first to rise from the dead, and the ruler of all the kings of the world. All glory to Him who loves us and has freed us from our sins by shedding His blood for us.
Revelation 1:4-5
8 “I am the Alpha and the Omega–the beginning and the end,” says the Lord God. “I am the One who is, who always was, and who is still to come–the Almighty One.”
Revelation 1:8
I am the living One. I died, but look–I am alive forever and ever! And I hold the keys of death and the grave.
Revelation 1:18
