When we do the right thing, by honoring and following God, we are made right with Him. This changes a man’s attitude by freeing him from the guilt and shame that comes with selfish, and sinful behavior. It clears your conscience, freeing up more space in your head to concentrate and give more of yourself to loving and serving God, and others. Success and accomplishments are more readily available to those who do right.
12 I said, ‘Plant the good seeds of righteousness,and you will harvest a crop of love.Plow up the hard ground of your hearts,for now is the time to seek the Lord,that He may comeand shower righteousness upon you.’
