Why They Wanted Him Dead….

In case you run into someone who says, “Jesus never claimed to be God”. Here’s one more biblical text that demonstrates Jesus claiming He is God. When you’re honest with yourself, you must ask, “why did the Jews want Him dead?”, because He claimed to be God. It’s fact. Why do so many people claim Jesus never said it? They either are ignorant of the scriptures, or they are not willing to accept what these verses state. Either way, without a true desire to know God, it’s impossible to make an accurate statement about Jesus. We can’t proclaim truth, when truth isn’t a reality to us. Jesus is real. Jesus is God. The Bible makes it clear, but only to those who’s heart are fully devoted to God. Never forget this.

66 At daybreak all the elders of the people assembled, including the leading priests and the teachers of religious law.
