When No One Is Sad….

One of the saddest things known to man is when he dies and no one is sad. King Jehoram did not take after his father or grandfather. He was as evil as the kings of Israel (the Northern tribe). When he died, no one was sorry. He wasn’t even buried in the royal cemetery. I know when I die, there may not be many at my funeral, but I do know there will be a celebration in Heaven. How about you? How you live and how you treat people matters. It’s the staple of God’s design.

20 Jehoram was thirty-two years old when he became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem eight years. No one was sorry when he died. They buried him in the City of David, but not in the royal cemetery. 2 Chronicles 21:20
