Have you ever noticed how dogs are loyal and receptive to their owners. It’s only the abusive masters that cause their dogs to retreat in fear. When an owner takes care of his dog the dog responds with loyalty. My dogs love me. They are obedient, loving, and dedicated. Yes, I’m the one who feeds them, so they show their loyalty in their behavior. Animal pets treat their owners better than human beings treat God. Proof of this is stated in Isaiah chapter 1. This should be a reminder to those who believe that their our behavior is a direct witness to those who don’t. We will either serve God like a faithful, obedient dog, or we won’t. There’s no in between. Recognizing our Master’s care is proof that our pursuit of Him is on track. Stay on track, for nothing compares to a derailed train wreck. Ask Israel, they know.
3 Even an ox knows its owner, and a donkey recognizes its master’s care–but Israel doesn’t know its Master. My people don’t recognize My care for them.”
