Trusting God is leaving whatever it is in His hand and trusting Him for your reward. Job did it. Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego did it. And the ultimate example was Jesus, for He did it straight unto His death. That’s real faith. Do you do this? If not, what’s holding you back? Real faith trusts, regardless of the unforeseen future. That’s why it’s called faith. What matters is not what’s unseen, rather it’s what you put your faith in that truly matters. God is worthy of our faith. He’s the only One worthy of it. Those who put their trust in God, will never be put to shame; the kind of shame that God sees as real.
4 I replied, “But my work seems so useless!I have spent my strength for nothing and to no purpose. Yet I leave it all in the Lord’s hand ;I will trust God for my reward.”
Isaiah 49:4
Those who trust in Me will never be put to shame.”
Isaiah 49:23c
