One of the things that happens when you make Jesus your Lord, is your respect for other people increases with consistency. You may not “like” certain people, or they may annoy you, or rub you the “wrong way”, but out of respect (fear as the Bible calls it), you don’t take advantage of them. It seems like a lost art these days. If you respect God, you’ll have respect for His creation.
17 Show your fear of God by not taking advantage of each other. I am the Lord your God.
