No matter what people say, or desire, or pursue when it comes to claiming fairness, it it God’s standard that matters. Most of us agree when someone does us an injustice, but that standard isn’t accepted when we do the injustice. God’s standards of fairness hold true regardless of what side of the offense we stand on.
11 The Lord demands accurate scales and balances; He sets the standards for fairness.
