The World Will Never Understand Suffering….

People always question God when it comes to suffering. They either blame Him and reject Him, or they question Him but still trust Him. Ninety-nine percent of suffering is directly related to our sin. Yes, there are times that people suffer not because of their own sin, but that is such a small percentage it’s an unjustified argument to be used against God. We suffer because of sin, our own sin. When we rebel against God, we deserve the consequences we get. Every Christian knows this, it’s just a matter of accepting it, that matters most. The world will never understand suffering (much less accept it), but with God by our side, we can humbly make it through the consequences knowing we have the choice to repent and ask God to forgive us. It’s why Christians have the ability to cope a lot better than those who don’t know God. It’s the relationship with the Almighty that makes the difference. “We can do all things through Christ, Who strengthens me”.

22 You may ask yourself,“Why is all this happening to me?”It is because of your many sins! That is why you have been stripped and raped by invading armies.23 Can an Ethiopian change the color of his skin? Can a leopard take away its spots?Neither can you start doing good, for you have always done evil. 24 “I will scatter you like chaff that is blown away by the desert winds.25 This is your allotment, the portion I have assigned to you,”says the Lord,“for you have forgotten Me,putting your trust in false gods.26 I Myself will strip you and expose you to shame.27 I have seen your adultery and lust, and your disgusting idol worship out in the fields and on the hills. What sorrow awaits you, Jerusalem! How long before you are pure?” Jeremiah 13:22-27

If You Truly Love Someone….

If you truly love someone, you will correct them. You don’t let them continue to sin. Remember (as I’ve said before), Jesus dined with sin...
