A “God Rescues Me” Book...

Human beings are so fickle. We all suffer from short-term memory loss. How often has God provided for us, to only have another lack-of-provision episode pop up and we panic, acting like it was the first time we’ve ever experienced it before. When will we get it? I don’t have an answer, but I do have a suggestion that might help. Every time God comes to our rescue, write it down. That way, when these situations arise, we can open our “God rescues me” book and draw security from the fact that God is consistent in taking care of us. Try it. It’ll make a world of difference.

16 At this they began to argue with each other because they hadn’t brought any bread. 17 Jesus knew what they were saying, so He said, “Why are you arguing about having no bread?
