How we hear matters. How we listen is important. It’s all about the receptivity of our hearts. Do we accept truth? Are we honest enough with ourselves that when truth is spoken, we recognize it, and respond? Jesus said it here, “so pay attention to how you hear”. When He speaks, everyone should listen, for He is Truth.
18 “So pay attention to how you hear. To those who listen to My teaching, more understanding will be given. But for those who are not listening, even what they think they understand will be taken away from them.”
