God has always been for the underdog. But even more so, He has a special place for the humble in heart. Those who think more about helping others than they do themselves have a special place in God’s heart. They may go through depression, and they may struggle with issues in life, but God always sees them through. God uses all people to accomplish his plan, but it’s the ones that have a humble heart that He uses greatly, and takes joy in it. Never forget the value of humility, because God values your humility more so than your pride. God honors those that honor Him. It starts with humility, the right view of yourself in regards to your place in God’s economy.
22 “This is what the Sovereign Lord says: I will take a branch from the top of a tall cedar, and I will plant it on the top of Israel’s highest mountain. 23 It will become a majestic cedar, sending forth its branches and producing seed. Birds of every sort will nest in it, finding shelter in the shade of its branches. 24 And all the trees will know that it is I, the Lord, who cuts the tall tree down and makes the short tree grow tall. It is I who makes the green tree wither and gives the dead tree new life. I, the Lord, have spoken, and I will do what I said!”
Ezekiel 17:22-24
