The Perpetual Grace of His Hand….

When you strip away all the veneer of life, and look at it from the proper perspective, it’s God Who gives you your next breath. It’s God Who gave you your family. It’s God Who orchestrated your life. Everything that happened, happened under the guidance and control of the Almighty. Regardless of the bad or good, it was determined in advance. Your bad decisions, or even other’s poor decisions have happened in order for you to move along this predestined path God has set before you. It’s not enjoyable at times, but necessary for you to grow into the mature believer, follower of Christ, that you are. The sanctification process is what it’s called. The main thing we must all know about it is that it takes time. Sometimes years for us to realize what’s happening. But the good news is we can trust God in the midst of it. We may not know what’s happening next, or why we are going through this or that, but we can know Who’s in charge of it all. Joseph learned this in his 17 year journey from slavery and prison to His leadership in Egypt. His dreams revealed to his brothers started the process. And his dreams were remembered when he was in charge of Egypt. God is the conductor of life, so pick your instrument, and learn to follow the path of the perpetual, grace Of His hand as it glides through the air generating beautiful music that delights the soul.

5 But don’t be upset, and don’t be angry with yourselves for selling me to this place. It was God who sent me here ahead of you to preserve your lives. 6 This famine that has ravaged the land for two years will last five more years, and there will be neither plowing nor harvesting. 7 God has sent me ahead of you to keep you and your families alive and to preserve many survivors. 8 So it was God who sent me here, not you! And He is the One who made me an adviser to Pharaoh–the manager of his entire palace and the governor of all Egypt. Genesis 45:5-8
