I wish it was easy to continually see God’s point of view of the world. It would ease the burden of concern for the well-being of others. When evil happens, it doesn’t last; it won’t succeed. Everything has its time and place. Just like flowers and grass, people who take advantage of us, commit crimes, and want to rid the world of God and His ways, they will fade away in due time. They will be a distant memory, if that, and never harm another person again. But those who trust in God, they will prosper. They will live contently doing right in God’s sight. They will delight in God’s ways, and be a light in the lives of others. Trust Him today, and He will help you. Draw near to God, and He will remind you of this truth.
1 Don’t worry about the wicked or envy those who do wrong.2 For like grass, they soon fade away.Like spring flowers, they soon wither. 3 Trust in the Lord and do good. Then you will live safely in the land and prosper. 4 Take delight in the Lord, and He will give you your heart’s desires. 5 Commit everything you do to the Lord. Trust Him, and He will help you.
Psalms 37:1-5
