In the current state of our union (America), we have a movement of people who promote evil. Their agenda is to tear down any restraints that were once established and adhered to. Examples are: legalization of certain banned drugs, silencing people speaking out again certain sexual behaviors, promoting abortion and supporting planned parenthood, and the list goes on. Silencing people who speak truth is wrong. It not only violates are 1st amendment rights, it goes against every word of the Bible. Trying to gain acceptance will never convert evil into good. No matter how hard people try to gain acceptance from man, evil behavior will never get approval from God. Sin is sin, and it will always lead to self-destruction, and sadly that self-destruction will affect others in the process. It’s our job to bring this to light by exposing evil by bringing it into the light; that way people have to choose to continue. Believers need to stand up and fight for truth and justice. We do it by pursuing God daily, and not arguing the semantics of these issues, by addressing the heart of the matter. And that is just that, addressing the heart of the person you are conversing with. We do that by speaking truth and sharing the hope of the Gospel. If your approach to people doesn’t involve the words sin, judgement, repentance, the cross, resurrection, grace, and forgiveness, and Hell, it’s not going to be effective, but even more so, it’s just wasting your time. The power of the Gospel is just that, transforming. If Jesus isn’t part of your witness, you’re not witnessing at all. Addressing the heart of the issue involves the heart and the only remedy there is in making it right with God, is Jesus Himself. Don’t allow yourself to get caught up in the worries, stress, or semantics while conversing with those heavily opinionated, radical, woke agenda pushers. Remember evil is evil. Stick with the heart of the issue, their heart, and present them with the only remedy for their enemy-of-God position, with Jesus.
26 It is wrong to punish the godly for being good or to flog leaders for being honest.
Proverbs 17:26
