Wisdom takes searching it out. It’s not an immediate one-and-done event. It’s not an instant gratification type of experience. It starts with conviction in the heart. Every single human being on the planet can gain wisdom. It’s just a matter of determination, persistence, and perseverance. God will grant you wisdom when you seek Him with all of your heart.
