There’s only One Person Who truly understands us. No matter what you’ve been through, currently going through, or will go through, Jesus knows what it’s like to suffer, to be shamed, to be cut off, to be betrayed, to be persecuted, and to be unjustly treated. For He has experienced all of these. Since He knows what’s it’s like to walk through these experiences, don’t you think He understands our hurts, our experiences, and our pain and mistreatments? Who better to go to with these situations than to the One with the answers. It’s just sad that people don’t realize the blessings that have in Christ Jesus. And so many people miss out because of their reluctance to share their struggles with God. If only we could strip off the blindfolds that keep people from experiencing God’s best. Wait a minute. We can. Pray today that God would use you to do this for someone today. You just might participate in the Divine and reap the benefits of seeing God’s glory being revealed.
16 We also know that the Son did not come to help angels; He came to help the descendants of Abraham. 17 Therefore, it was necessary for Him to be made in every respect like us, His brothers and sisters, so that He could be our merciful and faithful High Priest before God. Then He could offer a sacrifice that would take away the sins of the people. 18 Since He Himself has gone through suffering and testing, He is able to help us when we are being tested.
Hebrews 2:16-18
