Love is a choice, and it breaks God’s heart to see those who reject His love. If you love someone, I mean truly love someone, you’ll never take pleasure in their suffering, regardless if their suffering is self-inflicted. I think the modern church has forgotten this truth. We need to see people as God sees them, and do everything in our power to help them see the Light. Point others to Jesus today, letting God use you through the power of the Holy Spirit. They will know us (and see Jesus) by our love.
And My righteous ones will live by faith. But I will take no pleasure in anyone who turns away.”
Hebrews 10:38a
