No Excuses For The World’s Problems….

If people would only understand Christianity is more than a “religion”. It’s not a crutch, and it’s not a hocus-pocus practice. It’s about a relationship with our Creator. It’s a transformed heart and life. It’s a uniting of people, under God, that can achieve anything. Think about it? When people become united, they always accomplish more. It’s only when there’s disunity, that things start to lose its effectiveness. Imagine what Christians could do if they didn’t allow their own laziness or selfishness to filter into the Gospel’s cause? Imagine how effective their witness would be? Nothing is impossible with God, for He has given us everything we need. It’s just a matter of rearranging (changing our priorities) the things He’s given us. If every single person would acknowledge God, and surrender their own pride, there would be no need that goes unmet. God’s Spirit unites, and it’s only through His Spirit that eternally significant things are ever achieved. The Israelites united, they gave some of what they possessed. The ark of the covenant along with all the other necessities of the Tabernacle were built. Isn’t it amazing when people are united in Spirit by God? Imagine what can be done when you allow God’s Spirit to move inside of you. There really are no excuses for the world’s problems. It’s just a matter of Who/who you are living for?

1 The Lord said to Moses, 2 “Tell the people of Israel to bring Me their sacred offerings. Accept the contributions from all whose hearts are moved to offer them. 3 Here is a list of sacred offerings you may accept from them: gold, silver, and bronze;4 blue, purple, and scarlet thread;fine linen and goat hair for cloth;5 tanned ram skins and fine goatskin leather;acacia wood;6 olive oil for the lamps;spices for the anointing oil and the fragrant incense;7 onyx stones, and other gemstones to be set in the ephod and the priest’s chestpiece. 8 “Have the people of Israel build Me a holy sanctuary so I can live among them. 9 You must build this Tabernacle and its furnishings exactly according to the pattern I will show you. Exodus 25:1-9
