Never Go “Out Of Style”….

When you become a Christian, your mind is filled with so many things that we never knew before. It can be overwhelming at times. As we grow in the Truth, it’s easy to lose sight of the basics of Christianity. I’ve studied photography for over 20+ years. And the one thing I’ve learned is that you never get away from the basic principles. It’s so easy to get caught up in the latest trends and techniques, but keeping abreast with the basics will always get you out of a complicated situation. It’s the fundamentals of our faith that never go “out of style”. It’s only when we allow ourselves to focus on other things we think are more important that we forget this. Jesus said it best, the core of our faith, the message that we are to proclaim to everyone, everywhere, is this: “There is forgiveness of sins for all who repent”. It’s that simple, that basic, and that true. It has little to do with us and everything to do with Him. It’s all about pointing others to God. Never allow yourself to forget this core truth. It will always help you out when things get complicated.
