Here’s something that God does that reveals His character that few see due to their lack of insight, too focused on themselves and their problems. When trials come, and they will come, God is always a sanctuary for us in times of exile. He is our hiding place. Our Peace, our refuge. God never takes us to a place, or allows us to go through a trial, without equipping us with the ability to endure and get through it. And that usually means His presence is the constant factor. Remember, the safest place you could ever be is right in the middle of God’s will.
16 “Therefore, tell the exiles, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: Although I have scattered you in the countries of the world, I will be a sanctuary to you during your time in exile.
Ezekiel 11:16
