I once saw this t-shirt saying, “grandchildren are the reward you get from not strangling your teenager”. Kind of reminds me of this verse in the Psalms. The next time your teenager does something to irritate you, remember, if you want to meet your grand kids, you might want to tolerate the obnoxious behavior a little longer. There’s strength in restraint.
