Hope is a four-letter word packed with meaning. It’s what sustains a man through the toughest of trials. They say you can live 3 minutes without oxygen, and three days without water, and 40 days without food, but you can’t live 3 seconds without hope. It’s the anchor of the soul. Jesus’ sacrificed Himself in hope of all people being saved. Unfortunately, all people means those who willingly place their faith and trust in Him. This was always extended to all people. It says it, right in the scriptures for today. Today is the day of Salvation, don’t let it pass you by because you have more important things in your agenda. There are no more important things than your Salvation, or the saving of the souls of others out there without hope.
51 He did not say this on his own; as high priest at that time he was led to prophesy that Jesus would die for the entire nation. 52 And not only for that nation, but to bring together and unite all the children of God scattered around the world.
